RiverScape will be developed in phases and will include single-family and multi-family projects as well as additional parcels for commercial and retail development. Upon completion of all phases, the project is projected to include a mixed-use commercial town center, walkable neighborhoods with multi-family rental units, multi-family ownership units, and single family ownership units; market-rate housing and workforce housing; and pocket parks and green spaces.
